This section is where we will post the newest items and their corresponding links. Also we will list items we will be adding in the future. Following this Blog is certainly easier.

  • We added a new section called "tricks of the trade". This section is where we will be posting tricks that we learned to be more efficient in the auto body repair process. Applying these tricks of the trade will save you time and if you work on commission in a body shop then time is money.
  • We will be using this Blog forum to relay new information about out shop. Look here for new announcements etc. Including the up and coming Veilside Builds.
  • (NEW POST) OK, the new section "Tricks of the Trade" is now at the DIY Tuner Shop Blog. Its just more cost effective to keep them separate. This blog is for our customer to comment and to get the latest up dates about us as a shop. Events we will be attending and anything else we deem worthy of a public announcement.
  • 04/19/09 Bad Customer Alerts! We think businesses have the right to avoid bad customers. Lets face it some customers are just impossible to please, regardless of the circumstances. Some people "and I have witnessed it first hand" will go into a restaurant, order a meal and complaint to either: Get it free or get a discount". Now as a business in NC. you have the right to refuse service to anyone, we do not have to accept a customer we know is bad. So in an effort to help other businesses deal with customers you are better of without, we are listing our experiences with Bad Customers! We will list the entire scenario of why we have determined a customer to be bad. For more information on dealing with, or getting rid off bad customers, use the following resource. So if you are a bad customer, let it be known that the world will know. Now to be totally fair, we will also be listing our good customers as well. We would gladly trade 5 bad customers for one good one. Also if you have had to deal with a bad customer please tell the world and do other businesses a favor.
