Restoration

Mild Restoration and Complete Tear Down
Mild restoration is basically taking things apart, replacing a few items to freshion things up.  Painting the exterior and repairing dents etc.  Not really a Full restoration.
Full restoration is completely disassembling the car, bag and tag all the parts.  Completely stripping panels down to bare metal or ecoat.  And completely refinish everything as well as reassembly.
We can do either, based on the needs of our customers.  Some customer like to save a nickle by doing all or most of the disassembly work themselves, this way they can bag and tag and we don't have to deal with storage.
Carbon Fiber / Plastic's
Carbon fiber parts can be restored to like new or better.  As standard practice when we install any new or used carbon fiber piece, we like to wet block and clear the part.  Wet blocking removes most surface waves and cloth textures common with composite parts.
Old carbon fiber parts can be treated the same way to renew it's original shine.  In addition to glossing things up, the additional coats of clear will give your parts additional UV protection and extend the life of your parts.
Headlamp Restoration
Using a similar methods as above, we can also restore headlamp lenses.  Some headlamps are cheap to replace, some are not.  For the headlamps that are expensive we can bring them back like new, spray a clear coat for added protection and you save the cost of replacing them.
Most parts stores now offer polishing kits that are relatively inexpensive and easy to use, but some customers don't want to take their valuable time or don't feel like they have the skill.  Either way we provide the service when needed and if we are working on the car anyway, sometimes we even do it as a Freebie!
Interior Headliners
We also restore headliners.  Sometimes the backing can be damaged and expensive to replace (some cases $200), as long as you have the pieces we can repair the damaged backing and replace the fabric.
Back in the day, headliners were cloth and hung from the roof structure, nowadays they are foam fabric and card board.  Most cases they are very inexpensive to bring them back like new.
